Restarting the blog

After a few months without writing anything and with an incredible amount of work, I'm happy to be back writing a new post. During this time I've finished my second clarinet concerto, which has been premiered in Barcelona last January, 2010, I've finished my new Orchestra piece "Masques", we've finished the music for the Silent Catalan FIlm "People and landscape of Catalonia", the music for Pablo Gomez's short film "Department of homeland Insecurity" and a few things more.Next Tuesday night I will be conducting and recording my second recording session with another cue from Pan's Labyrinth in the new Dolan Studio. It will be also my first time conducting, thanks that all the musicians will have headphones with click track...Today I would like to share a cues I just did rescoring a cue form Matrix. The cue practically didn't have music so I'd been able to use the original sound effects (only I had to add the begining of the helicopter sound).
